By accessing or using Wain Qatar (wain.qa), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Wain is a business discovery platform based in Qatar. It allows users to browse, search, and review local businesses and services, and allows business owners to list their businesses on the platform.

By using Wain, you agree to:

• Use the platform lawfully and respectfully

• Not post false, misleading, or harmful content

• Not attempt to manipulate or spam reviews

• Not use the platform for commercial solicitation without our consent

• Respect the intellectual property rights of others

• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform

Business owners who submit listings to Wain agree that:

• All information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date

• They have the right to submit the business and its associated content (images, descriptions, logos)

• Wain may edit, approve, reject, or remove any listing at its sole discretion

• Approval of a listing is not guaranteed

• Wain does not endorse or guarantee any listed business, its products, or services

Users may submit reviews and ratings for businesses on the platform. By submitting content, you:

• Grant Wain a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use your content

• Confirm the review is based on your genuine personal experience

• Agree not to post defamatory, false, abusive, or misleading content

Wain reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.

All content on Wain, including the logo, design, platform code, and original written content, is the property of Wain Qatar. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission. Business owners retain ownership of the content they submit, and by submitting it, they grant Wain permission to display it on the platform.

Wain provides the platform on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any business listing information. Wain is not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of any listed business or service

• Any transactions or interactions between users and businesses

• Any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its content

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the State of Qatar, Wain's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months prior to the claim.

The platform may contain links to external websites or services. Wain is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. Access to third-party sites is at your own risk.

Wain reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any user or business owner who violates these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
